Core Concept's business can be divided into three general spheres. All three areas are interrelated, and as markets become less transparent the borders between each section become less and less clear.
We believe that it is necessary to sort through this chaos to get to the heart of the problem . . . to break the solution down into several possible actions. Our function is to debate, act, think, and discover alongside our clients.

Marketing Strategy

You might imagine that a consultant will suddenly enter your company and, in seconds, produce an incredible strategy right out of thin air. In reality however, things do not really happen this way . . .

What we can do for you is to sort through chaotic situations, separating out the information from the noise, the truth from mere perceptions. We provide a fresh point of view for business executives who are already overwhelmed with their daily responsibilities, formulating a simple, understandable hypothesis upon which decisions can be based. Finally, we create an "expectation consensus" which gives the members of your organization confidence and courage as they charge into unchartered marketing territory.

Oftentimes, it is easy for executives get wrapped up in the daily inflow of business information, including circumstances regarding business history, relations with suppliers and clients, and other in-house conditions. As such, they occasionally lose their vision for the future. Our role is, while respecting the knowledge that our clients have obtained over the years, to introduce original concepts which will breathe new life into your organzation.

At Core Concept, we make the best use of our varied business experience to be a trustworthy, reliable collaborator for our clients. We do not claim to provide easy answers to your marketing problems. However we can offer you fact-based theory, intelligent discussion, and viable marketing concepts, which together serve to create new wisdom. Finally, the process of portraying future marketing scenerios in a manner which company members of all levels can easily comprehend and sympathize with is at the heart of strategy construction.

Marketing Research

There are two main categories of marketing research methods: quantitative methods, which are based on numerical data calculations, and quantitative methods, which are based on language and consciousness. At Core Concept, our experienced consultants make judgements as to how to effectively balance the two methods according to each client`s particular goals.

Knowledge and experience are especialy indespensible when using qualitative methods, such as the group interview. as the adaptation of the research theme and the selection of the test users greatly affects research results. Our own special test user's sampling system is able to respond to and satisfy your specific needs. Our facilities also include an interview room where our researchers are able to conduct such research in a timely manner.

The goal of marketing is "discovery". Discoveries are not made by viewing situations carelessly. Discovery is achieved by creating a hypothesis, which plays a vital role as the standard against which circumstances and information are judged. Survey research itself is only one part of the process. It is the discussion of the research, and the creation of a hypothesis based on the research whch are the most important steps.

Management for Marketing

The two significant questions for managers when they are making a decision are: "What must we do?" and "How can we best put the project into action with our employees?" The latter theme is a question of management. Core Concept proposes a plan of "Management by Actions", based on the theory of "Management by Objectives".

With `Management by Objectives", the project leader decides upon a specific goal to be completed within a specific time frame through discussions with superiors and other key members of the organization. In doing this, individuals opinions and self-criticism is considered seriously. At times this method can be ineffective,@as it creates strong pressure to realize the pre-determined goals, whether or not they were realistic in the first place. "Management by Action" improves upon "Management by Objectives", by allowing for more flexibilty. With "Management by Actions", rather than looking at the goals themselves, managers are encouraged to place emphasis on the actions which must be taken to achieve a given goal. Through the discussion of the project leader and other members, a plan is constructed to follow through with each action completely and efficiently.

Core concept will work with you to introduce a "Management by Actions" plan specific to your company`s needs.

Marketing Skill Development Training

Most corporate internal training programs are based on the behavioral sciences. Focusing on psychology and leadership theories, they are mainly concerned with improving employees' motovation and/or organizational management skills. On the other hand, skills such a marketing and management strategy are not often emphasized in such internal programs.

In order to become a better marketer, the following two factors should be taken into consideration

  1. Marketing Concepts
  2. Basic everyday human behaviors which affect the way the world works

By studying about Marketing concepts, one can expect the following general results:

  1. Organization of experiences
  2. Completement of experiences
  3. A new way of looking at things
  4. Hints as to which areas your business should grow into in the future
Core Concept's Marketing Training Program will teach your employees to think "out of the box", focusing not only on the practical steps to marketing a specific product, but also emphasizing the broader psychological question of what perceived benefits people derive from owning certain products. In this way, we can conjure up new contexts within which consumers might enjoy your products.
